I went with this company because of their quality and reputation but I have never had such a bad experience with the delivery service. I paid for white glove service and took the morning off to help incase anything was needed. The first guy to arrived was not exactly friendly and more cold. I showed him where everything was and he asked to use my bathroom which I said was no problem. Another man came in who was very grumpy it seemed. Both these men walked into the home with their shoes and when I had asked if they had the booties to put on your shoes he replied “no- do you have those?” I said I didn’t and asked if they minded taking offf their shoes.. but they never did. They threw my cushions of my old couch down the stairs and treated my previous furniture terribly. On top of it my new furniture came and one piece was wrong so I had spoken to their manager Adam to clarify who was nice sorted it out no problem. I asked to not sign anything as it was the wrong section of the couch and he said no problem, the guys would take pictures. When I didn’t sign, the one man tried to make me sign on three separate occasions which just continued to make this experience more and more uncomfortable and stressful. I will never be alone when someone is delivering after having this experience. They left garbage in the house and their muddy footprints (I have a dirt driveway).. I honestly am mind blown by it all

We ordered a dining room set with 8 chairs $5300.00 tax in. Paid extra for the white glove service. They assemble and take away all the packing. The day of the delivery, the ashley crew while blocking my neighbors driveway , started unloading and unpacking everything in my driveway. I gave the guys their space and stayed in another room while they assembled the dining table and put all the chairs in place. They called me when they were done to sign paper work. The driver conventiently stood by the damaged leaf while i signed away. Told me if if had any issues with damages to call the 1-800#. Once they left , here's what we discovered, one of the leafs they left in the box, had been droped and the end was damaged, hence this is why they left it in the box like i wouldnt notice, the 2nd leaf is marked, the tracking cable that pulls the table apart is broken and just hanging there, and the best part is the table isnt level, (video wont load) it rocks side to side. And to add to all of this excitment the table wasnt even in the centre of the room. Try moving a 200lb table on hardwood. Resolution took 4 calls with pictures from us. Not once did ashley furniture reach out to us. We even revisited our store of purchase and the manager was more interested in comparing Leons and the Brick to Ashley furniture & not focusing on our own personal disaster. He did admitt however, that their white glove service was not the best! New table to arrive in 4 days . , hoping for the best!

It was a great experience right from when we walked through the door until our sofa was delivered. Lillian (salesperson) used a soft touch (not pushy) and was very informative. She even laughed at my jokes. Email and text follow ups were regular and provided updates along the buying experience as well as the delivery.
