Everyone was attentive and helpful in store. Satisfied with the quality of the collection of furniture.
The customer representative agent was very friendly and helpful and told me about signing up for the Ashley advantage card to get additional 5% off my purchase, which I asked if this was a credit card or points card. She kept saying it was "Ashley advantage card that will save me money in purchases.." I was little confused but after spending about 10-15min signing up, I asked if there was an annual fee, she said yes there's $31 annual fee for the card. I wished she had been transparent from the beginning and told me it was credit card.. if I didn't asked, the Ashley advantage card would have charged me $31 for the 5% of my purchase which was around $30..
