Extremely disappointing delivery service. When you make a purchase, you expect your full order to arrive on time, but that has not been my experience with Ashley. I was repeatedly told that everything was ready, but the delivery process has been a complete disappointment. After more than 4 months, I still have not received all of my furniture. Because of these delays and broken promises, I cannot even comfortably invite guests over or enjoy my own home, including simply sitting and relaxing in front of the TV. For 4 months, my home has been left without the furniture I paid for, while I continue waiting based on Ashley’s promises. This has been a very frustrating and unacceptable experience.
I keep getting text messages to review my experience Since I haven't received my order 2 weeks after the promised day I can only say that I am not happy at all. If 0 stars were an option I would give them 0 and not 1
I had an excellent experience shopping at Ashley, Newmarket recently. The sales staff were helpful and accommodating. There was follow up after my purchase. And my order arrived as scheduled. I will shop there again.
Megan was amazing! My daughter and I probably spent three hours in the store And Megan was so attentive, helpful and resourceful. She went to bump beyond our expectations. We are very pleased with the service we received and left with smiles on her faces. We are very excited to receive our new furniture!
First time visiting the Newmarket Ashley Store Awesome service great people to work with Thank you Michelle and Carolyn 🩷🩷✨✨ As of today, July 10th I am amending my 5 star review for Ashley Home Furniture. The reason being is the after customer care service provided by Ashley Home Furniture is not the same customer care service received at the store when purchasing. The day after receiving two expensive lounge chairs, I noticed a significant hole in the fabric at the back leg of the chair. On June 29th, I emailed Ashley Home Furniture and sent various pictures of the defect. An automated reply to submit more pictures from different angles along with serial number, etc,etc, etc. In order to settley claim Ashley Home Furniture offered I measley $85.00 store credit to be applied to my new purchase. I rejectec the offer and requested that ASHLEY Home Furniture replace, fix the fabric. On Thursday July 9th, I spoke with another customer service representative named Wendy who reassured me that I had submitted all the necessary information to proceed with the repairs. Unfortunately, this morning Ashley Home Furniture Warranty Department emailed me requesting more photos from different angles, etc. I tried calling their customer service number at 9:30 am and cannot get through. Ashley Home Furniture is a very unresponsive and unreliable company when it comes to after service care. I will never shop ASHLEY HOME FURNITURE again
