We had an amazing experience from start to end! Sales staff were friendly and ensured you knew everything about the product prior to purchase. Delivery guys went above and beyond with set up: all garbage was removed, boots removed at the door, all set up and take down of the previous couch was efficiently managed. 10/10 from me!

I visited the store on Hunt Club Road to see a couch I had liked on the website. In person, it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. That’s when I met A.Y., who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. I was extremely impressed with his sincerity, product knowledge, and above all, his professionalism. Thanks to his assistance, I ended up making a purchase. I haven’t received the delivery yet, so I may review that aspect later, but the sales experience with A.Y. was absolutely 5+ stars. I will definitely be returning and will be requesting his expertise again.

Worst experience ever!. Please stay away from this location!. They delivered damaged floor model goods and now I am spending time with their customer care for a replacement. They have a fine print return policy. It says 48 hours but they give you 90% and 10% store credit. This is such a scam. The worst part of everything is their customer service person - someone must have arrived from India just day before yesterday she kept on saying "Don't worry sir" "I understand you" "I won't wash my hands" "I won't wash my hands" - What doesn't it even mean? I am attaching few pictures - We got a leather loveseat and single seater. The single seater is pretty good. The loveseat has ripped leather, dirty spots everywhere, had a pen mark (which is now gone after wiped away), overall leather quality looks like a floor-model. The loveseat came without a tag unlike the single seater. You must return within 48 hours for a 90% cashback and 10% store credit but they need 48 hours to assess and process my claim? This way I can't return the furniture. What the heck? I hope someone from the management sees this and helps me out. Thanks
