Our sales person was very knowledgable and helpful and not pushy at all, which was important to us. The ordering process was also very straightforward and we did this after leaving the store by calling back the sales person.
We went in looking for a couch, and were assisted by Mohammed. He was open and honest in what would work for us day to day, while factoring in quality vs price. He allowed us to take some time for ourselves to go around and look. We went back and finalized the sale after measuring our space. It was an extremely easy and comfortable experience, without feeling like a "sale". Thank you for all your help! We will be back to see you :)
Had a great shopping experience here. I was helped by Bruno, who was friendly and easy to work with. He listened when I told him what I was looking for. He listened and didn't waste my time showing me things I wasn't interested in. The purchase process was easy, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that as part of the White Glove delivery service, they will remove your old furniture. I will definitely start here the next time I'm looking for furniture.
I had the best experience at Ashley HomeStore more than once, and both experiences were great. On my first visit, I was helped by Danny who took the time to find a couch that fit my budget and my space, which I really appreciated. When I went back later to look for wall art and other decorative pieces, the service was just as helpful and professional. The whole experience felt easy and welcoming, not rushed at all. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture or home décor.
