I can honestly say that this was actually one of the most pleasant furniture buying experiences I've had. Our sales rep, Olena, was knowledgeable, respectful and - best of all - did not hover or annoy us as we moved about the store, looking at our options. The delivery guys - man, oh man - You don't truly appreciate the professionalism and experience of a GREAT delivery team until you see these three guys get a large piece of furniture into an apartment that they initially thought would be a no-go - all without a scratch, dent or mark. Our next furniture purchase is 100% going to be at Ashley Homestore.

Great service. We were provided updates the day of and were notified they were here just before our doorbell rang. Henri and the other installation guy were great. Overall very satisfied.
Do not buy from the store. Go see it but buy it online. In the store they refused to include shipping and promised discounts that they never gave. Online much more helpful people.
We had the opportunity to deal with a young man Pascon at the Ottawa store. He is new to the sales team and I must say team as they guided him along the way while ensuring I was fully engaged and understood everything about the sale, warranty and delivery. Everyone was very genuine and helpful
