The service at the store was exceptional. Our rep was awesome. She was able to get information very quickly for us and for our needs. Prices were even matched to another item of a different colour that appeared cheaper. I was pleasantly surprised at all the discounts that we were eligible for as well. Thanks Ashley furniture!!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the delivery service. From the time they arrived at our building until the time they reached my unit on the 22nd floor, it took about 20 minutes. While they were waiting downstairs, they kept calling and texting me several times, saying they couldn’t wait any longer and would leave soon. This caused me a lot of stress, even though I was already coordinating with the concierge to open the loading area door for them. When they finally came inside, they entered with their shoes on, which I found inappropriate. I also asked them to remove the plastic wrap from the rug so I could check if it was in good condition, but they refused to do so. They just stood there watching while I opened it myself. This was very disappointing because, in the store, I was told that the delivery team would help set up the items and make sure everything was fine. However, they didn’t even agree to unwrap the rug or assist me in checking its condition before I signed the receipt. Overall, my entire experience with Ashley has been extremely disappointing. Across two separate deliveries, I have faced repeated schedule changes, delays, poor communication, and a lack of support when defective or damaged products were delivered. All of these issues have made this the worst shopping experience I have ever had, and I have decided that I will no longer purchase anything from Ashley in the future.
