I had a very poor experience with Ashley Furniture’s customer service. When I asked a simple question, multiple staff members gave completely different suggestions and explanations. This inconsistency shows a lack of proper training and made it impossible to get a clear, reliable answer. I would not recommend their customer service based on this experience.
I recently visited Ashely and had a fantastic experience! From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by friendly salesperson Nazanin Sadeghi. She took the time to understand my needs and presences, guiding me through the various options without any pressure. The selection of furniture was impressive. She was helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated her honest and kindness. Overall, I highly recommended Nazanin for anyone. Thank you Nazanin!
The staff at the checkout desk were laughing loudly and watching videos on Instagram. Even the cashier stopped checking us out to watch the video. This showed a lack of professionalism and work ethic. On top of that, she was unable to print a receipt, which caused unnecessary delays for two small home accessory purchases.
