The shipping was good, but the dining table was damaged and had a technical problem. They decided to send it to see where the problem was, but in the end, it had to be replaced due to the damage it sustained.
Sepideh was an absolute pleasure to work with! The mattress and sofa exceeded my expectations with its quality and craftsmanship. It looks even better in person than in the pictures. Sepideh was incredibly professional, responsive, and ensured the item arrived on time and in perfect condition. 4.1 I recently purchased a couch, and I'm extremely disappointed with both the quality and customer service. Only 5 minutes after delivery, I noticed a part of the frame was caved in and broken. I immediately contacted customer support. I was informed that the couch would be picked up in 7 days for repairs, and then returned in another 7 days, leaving us without a couch for two weeks! This is unacceptable. Not only is the product defective, but the lack of urgency and support from customer service has made this experience even worse. I expected much better for the price (3 thousand dollars) ... I have already emailed, texted and send photos in to customer service as they give your a number to text/call. And they want me to bring the couch in for repair while leaving me without a sofa..... a replacement should have been sent so I am not left without a sofa. My family will now have no where to sit for 2 weeks, because they want to come take the couch and repair it rather then replace it. I would not recommend purchasing a sofa. I would have spend that money somewhere with better customer care. This was our first time buying anything from Ashley's... And the last time.
