I had a very disappointing experience at Ashley HomeStore Richmond Hill. I purchased a dining table with a confirmed delivery date of May 23. Later, I was informed that the delivery was delayed until September, which was unacceptable for me. After this, I cancelled the order. However, my refund was not processed. When I followed up with customer service, I was told the cancellation was not even recorded. I also raised the issue with store management, including the manager and staff at the location, but the situation was not properly handled or escalated. Overall, the communication and follow-up were very poor, and I did not receive appropriate support in resolving the issue. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
