Worst experience of buying furniture inspite of buying coverage on all furniture no credit was given for claim and customerservice is worst .misinterpret customers by the store manager.

Pros: Our new sofa bed looks awesome and feels so cozy. The delivery duo did such a great job unpacking it. They also took outside the old sofa bed although that wasn’t a service included; they clarified that we paid for the “white glove” service (bring inside & install new sofa & take away packaging) but not for old sofa removal (separate paid service called repositioning); then they still kindly helped us although it was after 6 pm on a Friday; Cons: sofa was delivered over 2 months after I paid for it: when I paid for this sofa in the store in April, I was informed that delivery would be in May ie a month later. A couple days prior to the delivery date, Ashley texted to postpone it another month; then again. Finally we got it at the very end of June. I wonder if the warranty kicks in today when it was delivered, or 2 months ago when I paid.
I had an awesome experience at the Ashley store. These guys were amazing and they went above and beyond by assisting me with everything that I needed. I would definitely definitely recommend the store to anyone who’s looking for a good quality furniture and excellent customer service. Great Service and Good items that we found
As a long-time customer of Ashley Furniture, I recently purchased a large, expensive mirror online. Unfortunately, the mirror arrived broken. Given the price point, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product. To make matters worse, Ashley's policy does not allow for refunds on accessories, only store credit. This was unacceptable to me as I did not need anything else from the store at the moment and I paid for it through the financial card.1 Further adding to my disappointment, I had visited the store beforehand to view the mirror in person, but they did not have it on display. This made it difficult to assess the quality of the product before purchasing it online. Overall, this experience has significantly impacted my satisfaction with Ashley Furniture. I would advise potential customers to be aware of their return policy and the limitations of in-store product availability before making a purchase.
