Our showroom benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to large front-facing windows, making it easy to spot our beautiful furniture displays even before stepping inside. Our team keeps the store well-organized and updated, making it easy for guests to find what they need. We’re always ready to walk you through product features, price points, and benefits so you can make confident decisions. Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. We are passionate about promoting healthy sleep, and we believe that the right bedroom furniture and mattress make a difference in your sleep quality. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Our experience at Ashely was excellent. We never intended to purchase same day while looking at couches. James approached us with a witty greeting and in a matter of 30 minutes, after trying roughly half the couches in the store, we gladly decided on the last one we tried. He assessed our needs, preferences, minimum requirements and kept us on pace for the appropriate options. The one we chose was ironically where we took a break to think about everything! James helped us narrow down to two other great options that fit our needs and budget, this was just a pleasant surprise we couldn’t leave without. Thanks so much to the staff for such a memorable experience!

The moment I entered I was made welcome by an Associate of the store. They gave me time to look around & not feel pressured. Then James approaches me to educate me on the different levels/styles of mattresses I was interested in. He made sure I was able to choose the very BEST 🏆 quality mattress & bed frame for my budget. Now I’m so excited for my NEW Bed to arrive as I know now the low level I’ve been putting up with for far too long🤪 UPDATE : My New Bed arrived a week earlier; Ashley’s Delivery 🚚 app was precise & the gentleman who delivered & put together my frame were speedy.
