Some of our most popular furniture collection lines include the Abinger, Rawcliffe, Carnaby and Havalance. We’ve also introduced new additions like the Lindyn and Modmax Modular sectional which are quickly becoming guest favourites. That’s why we offer a mattress gallery filled with top brand mattresses, including Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy, and Ashley Sleep. The Stoney Creek store was originally located elsewhere in the community for over 20 years before moving to our current space in August 2020. We speak a wide variety of languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Croatian, and Bulgarian, allowing us to connect with our diverse community more personally. For a quieter shopping experience, the best time to visit is between 1 PM and 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can take your time exploring our furniture selection without the weekend rush. Today I visited Ashley to purchase a sofa and loveseat, and I’m honestly so impressed with how smooth the whole experience was. Everything was completed within just one hour, which I didn’t expect at all! The customer service was excellent—very organized, quick, and stress-free. A special thanks to Rana Doumat, who assisted us throughout. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She understood exactly what we were looking for and made the entire process so easy and comfortable for us. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience. We purchased a reclining loveseat and had a wonderful experience. So we went back a couple months later and purchased a couch. The couch was scheduled for delivery on Sat May 16th. The delivery had been scheduled for weeks. We removed all of the furniture the night before in anticipation of our delivery. Sat morning we get an email stating that due to unforseen circumstances our delivery has been canceled and they will reach out with a new delivery date. I call the customer service line and am told that 9 trucks are " broken" and thats why they cant deliver that day. 9 trucks!! Sounds like a load of BS. We are told the soonest delivery date we can get is 5 days later. I explain that is not exceptable, as we have no furniture to use and nowhere to sit without the new couch. Not to mention that is a weekday and like most folks we work....which is why it was scheduled for a weekend. The CS agent says she cannot do anything, that is the soonest date. To say we are frustrated is an understatement. So now we have no furniture to sit on, and have to take a day off of work for the new delivery and hope they actually show up this time. Now I guess we sit an watch TV in lawn chairs in our living room for the next 5 days. Needless to say, but we will NEVER purchase from Ashley Furniture again.
