Ashley's Home Store in Etobicoke is the best store of the Ashley brand, & the best variety of home items & furnishing I have seen in a furniture store. Extremely friendly & charming 5 star customer service. The manager Ms. Sakshi Talwar is the gold standard of professionalism & catering to customer needs. Shoutout to Firas at Ashley Etobicoke location! Firas was very helpful and patient while we were completing our furniture selection. Even though we had some issues with deliveries but Firas was on top of his after sale service and made sure to arrange everything for us as we needed. Highly recommend Firas for whatever you need at Ashley’s.

I recently bought a chest from Ashley Furniture, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. Upon delivery, the installers carelessly made a cut on the back panel. To make matters worse, when I inspected the item, I found a crack on the top front of the chest. I contacted customer service to get a replacement, but after a long and frustrating conversation, I decided to return it due to their abysmal customer service. It’s been almost four weeks now, and I’m still waiting for them to come and pick up their product and refund my money. Their products might look nice, but their customer service is the absolute worst. Don’t just take my word for it – check their website for other reviews. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

I was very excited to purchase my bed on ashley .i had told that the bed will be ready tK deliver in 2 weeks.and just suddenly there is a problem if delivery bla bla bla.and iam waiting for more than a month now which is no update yet.and sleeping with no bed..this is very disappointing
