While we do not receive our furniture delivery until mid May, we were very pleased with the in store experience. Our sales representative Roman was very professional and patient as we worked through the configuration of our modular sectional. We looked at several sectionals at a number of stores and found the options at Ashley’s far superior to others that we looked at. We were somewhat put off by the pressure to purchase the 5 year warranty. Very disappointed with their delivery scheduling. Our original delivery was cancelled the day of the delivery and had to be rescheduled. Was extremely inconvenient.
