The staff here are excellent! No pressure from the sales team, but they made sure they were readily available should we have any questions. Jay helped us purchase our new couch yesterday. He made sure we were educated on the white glove delivery service and accidental warranty coverage. We appreciated his manner of genuine solution solving rather than just "a sales guy trying to make the sale". I would absolutely recommend anyone shopping around to check this location out. A much better experience than shopping at the competitors!

One of the worst experience I am having from Store Assistant sales manager. When you ask for refund he stops replying to your email. I sent 4-5 emails from last one month. I was initially treated wonderfully by sale rep. I have been patient so far but I would not recommend to buy anything from store.
We recently purchased bedroom furniture for our new home, and it was a wonderful experience. Jahed Anwari, one of the sales representatives, was incredibly helpful, polite, and took the time to understand our needs. He made the entire shopping process smooth and enjoyable. The store manager was also very approachable, courteous, and ensured we had a positive experience. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely return for future furniture purchases. Highly recommended.
Would like to share our experience with Ashley Furniture in Whitby. We purchased a patio sectional and was given free delivery with an additional discount. Was told they had to charge the delivery but will credit it on the bill. Well, they forgot to credit the delivery and was over charged. It took several weeks for us to get our full credit. Service was good and product is great, just disappointed with the lack of communication with the refund/credit
Zia came in on his day off to help me with a purchase that was needed in a hurry. Fantastic customer service!
