Alycia was so well versed and has so much product knowledge that we left and went to Leon's and the brick. She gave us her personal number to call her because I could never reach the store directly. That was good customer service, and that's the reason we went back. We spoke to her about obtaining a better offer. She went to her manager and said to us when you come, we will discuss. Extremely wonderfully service from Alycia. It was an hour before closing. I went to look with my younger daughter for a sofa set. Alicia took her time with us, understanding and very open to my feedback, what I liked and did not. She was so lovely, also engaging with my child. We walked the entire store to end up where we started. We found a great sofa, great price and a great payment option which was crazy ridiculous....but in a good way. The closing manager was also fantastic. Tala. Super kind and super sweet to both my daugher and I, even after, into the closing hours of the store. We will be back to further our purchase to addition seating soon. Thanks again.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ashley HomeStore! Both Jay and the store manager went above and beyond to make our shopping experience exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find exactly what we were looking for. I’ve given Ashley Furniture some really negative reviews in the past because of poor customer service, which completely took away from the shopping experience. This time, however, I’m happy to say that the sofa, side tables and lamps are all amazing. The aftercare was honestly a huge improvement and completely exceeded my expectations. It has restored my faith in shopping at Ashley Furniture. I’m a very happy customer!

I had originally given Ashley HomeStore a 5 star review, praising their in store service and hospitality. Four months later, I have still yet to receive a promised "gift" that came with my purchase. Customer service for this is abysmal, nearly non existent. Of the 5 times that I have reached out in these months, I have been told every time that I will hear back, that someone will reach out to me - this has yet to happen. And from stories I have heard from others about Ashley HomeStore, I am not the only one who has been DUPED by their "promotion" system. It really feels like they're saying, "oops, we forgot about it, let us fix that and get back to you" and simply hope that you give up or forget about pursuing what was promised upon purchasing their furniture.
