Great salesman kind and patient even carried two dinning room chairs to us for comparison so we did have to walk so far.
What an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. Do not ever buy ANYTHING from Ashley. And ESPECIALLY their bogus warranty. You will wait over a year for parts to NEVER arrive.
On the day of the delivery they showed up1.5 hours earlier then schedualed and it was left on my front step. It wasnt made clear theat they dont actually put into your place. Im a single women and live on the secind floor. It took me 3 hours to find someone to help me move it. Then i found out that they delivered the wrong mattress. I was supposed to recieve a call from them by the end of buissness day yesturday and of coarse not a peep. Now ill probably have to take more time off work to recieve the right mattress
Loved the selection in the showroom and the sales agent was great. Helpful and professional as expected, but also warm and friendly.
