Great experience with Ashley Furniture in Windsor! I am thrilled with the home delivery service for my two new sofas purchased from the Windsor location. I received them incredibly fast, just two days after my in-store purchase. I Highly recommend Andre and his team for their efficient service! They actually arrived ahead of schedule. They provided excellent communication, keeping me updated on their exact location throughout their route.
Ordered a heavy dining room table and paid for delivery. Never in my life did any company just leave it on the porch. Are you guys amazon delivery now ? Leaving a heavy table on the porch for a lady to bring inside alone. The table was extremely heavy so they could have at least bring it inside the door for her. We will not be back thats for sure. Horrible delivery service.

I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley’s furniture. They were very helpful. Very attentive. All the employees are a five star but I would like to have one employee stand out , Hevin.
