The system is very poorly managed. They don't deliver on time, delayed my shipment with no prior notice, and don't offer any solutions. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and store employees are the same. Would not recommend
Horrible experience. Tons of headache. NEVER buy from Ashley. We ordered a few furniture items a month before moving into a new place. On the delivery date, they missed an item - our dining table. This was a complete surprise because NOBODY had told us in advance about this delay. Customer service was completely useless. Went to the store and they promised to check inventory and call back. They DID NOT call back. Had to make a few more calls to finally get a new delivery date for the dining table. 2 weeks later, arrived with the table - the table was poorly damaged. Unusable. We couldn't except it and had to return. Called customer service - they said they had to confirm with the store. Called the store - they said they can't do anything and we have to work with customer service. Our money is taken but we are not offered with any solution. This is incredibly frustrating. I advise everyone to stay far away from Ashley.
Very professional and friendly
Great first time experience at Ashley home furniture store. The staff and service was wonderful and I left extremely excited for my new couch and home furnishings. If you want good quality furniture at an affordable price, Ashley is the place to go. The service rep Azita was an absolute jem and helped me decide which furnishings to choose for my home. Please reach out to her should you need assistance during your visit.

Ashley Vaughan promised to deliver the furniture between 11 AM and 1:30 PM, as I need to leave work by 2 PM. Their time management is very poor, and the dispatch team repeatedly states they cannot contact the drivers, which is unbelievable. This is the second delivery attempt. During the first attempt, the Ashley warehouse delivered a display adjustable bed, which was missing several items. When I questioned the driver, he mentioned that the bed was a display model, not new, but I had purchased a brand new item. I trusted Ashley HomeStore products, but after these two incidents, I will definitely think twice about making future purchases. Hi Rose, The Ashly Warehouse tried to deliver the same display model and an open box adjustable bed today. I told them to take it back as I expected a brand new and updated version.
