My wife and i found the perfect power reclining sofa set we been looking for at amazing deal, all very thanks to Ali and Frank, they been so great and helpful, it was almost closing hour for the night, but they were so patience with us, made us laugh with some awesome jokes as well. I would definitely recommend you to come get your furniture at this store, it will worth your time and money.

We bought our couch and we have been dealing with customer service for over two weeks because they sent us a couch where the legs don’t fit, they keep sending me to talk to live chats and I’ve called 4 times and nothing has happened. It’s like they took my money and said see ya. Won’t be purchasing again customer service is not good, why am I being told to send photos, make a claim, update the claim, when my couch is sitting collecting dust unusable. At this point we don’t know when this will get resolved every time I call I get told it’ll be escalated and nothing happens.

The customer service was great!! I’m a repeat customer, I will continue to shop with Ashley. Arman was on his best game! He was very patient and ensured we were happy with our purchase.

Urgent Complaint – Delayed Table Order I am extremely unhappy with my recent purchase. I ordered a table online in mid-October, yet after repeated failed deliveries and attempted “fixes,” I am still without the product I paid for. Your return policy is unreasonable, and the communication between service, delivery, and customer support has been disorganized and unhelpful. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, made worse by the fact that Ashley’s is a Canadian brand I expected to trust. I demand immediate resolution: either deliver the table promptly or refund my money in full. Please treat this matter with urgency.

Great service. Delivery persons came in, set everything up perfectly, took all boxes and wrapping paper with them. Very prompt. Considerate of people property. Very respectful. Only problem is two of the pieces have spots on them.
