Worst place I have ever dealt with..
Very bad experience with store manager Rana and sale team. Didn’t deliver items booked as committed during the order booking. When I called, they point to other departments. Deceptive sales tactics or bait and switch, beware…
Our experience with sales lady Linda was absolutely great.She made us feel comfortable and explained every detail of the products we were interested .

Sept 6, 2025 Update: I purchased the Altari sectional and it is cozy the only bad problem about it is the cushions constantly sliding and not staying put. I read the previous reviews and wish i would have gone with a different sectional all together. Ive only had this one since June. I dont want to have to put something underneath the cushions lile velcro or tape. Very sad and disappointed 😔😩 Amazing customer service, product, fast and easy delivery, delivery personnel were professional, kind and respectful. Overall experience was amazing!!! I will definitely will deal with this store in the future!!!
