I’ve now had two great sales experiences with Ken at Ashley’s! He was incredibly helpful, honest and patient as I struggled to make decisions. I didn’t exactly have an idea in mind of what I wanted for some pieces and he showed me all my options from clearance to new. He gave me a fantastic price and will definitely see my family again for future furniture requirements.

Today first order supposed to be delivered at my home and as per text "Currently scheduled on 06-20-2024 with estimated stop time 6:03 PM. The address for delivery is 2415-5500 Mitchinson Way REGINA SK S4W0N9. Reply 1 to inquire about a different order. Reply 2 to inquire about a different fulfillment. Reply 3 to exit. Reply 0 to connect with an agent for any concerns. Reply STOP at anytime to opt out of these messages." It supposed to deliver at evening. However, just saw an email at 12.13pm saying they are trying to get hold of my but failed. While I didn't received any call on my phone, and already at home with Best Buy people working on my TV. When I called back, call centre agent was rude and hanged up eventually without hearing my points. Call Center agent asking me to call again tomorrow to fix the appointment like it's my fault. I regret that I gave a good review on Ashley sakes people. If I knew their delivery is so lousy, I might not go there. Extremely bad and disgraceful service when it is delivery. Old review: Everyone in Ashley store was so helpful, friendly and supportive we really appreciate. Our experience was great. We met Ken, Abrar and most helpful was Maxwell, all through assisted us to get the right stuffs. Ken went beyond his responsibility and guided us a lot as we are new comers in Regina. Such helpful attitude demand high appreciation.
