My experience with Ashley Home Furniture has been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I recently purchased a bed set from the Ashley home furniture. Upon receiving the bed set, I discovered several damages on the furniture. Despite immediately notifying the delivery team, The delivery team took the dresser back for replacement. They scheduled the appointment to fix the bed frame at my home for 24 days later. Even after the technician came to my house to fix the issue, the damage is still there. The dresser was scheduled a few times because the damages were postponed numerous times. The replacement dresser also had several damage on it. These repeated instances of receiving damaged furniture and the subsequent lack of prompt resolution have caused me immense frustration and inconvenience. As a customer, I expected a higher level of quality assurance and customer service from Ashley Home Furniture, which unfortunately was not met during my recent purchase. The lack of attention and care from the customer service is beyond disappointing. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to follow up everyday just to get a simple response to fix the damage that was there when you received the furniture. I am extremely frustrated and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY HOME FURNITURE.THINK TWICET before purchasing from them.
