I went in to buy a mattress and dresser. The sales rep. did a great job of showing me around to all options across the store and assured me of great service for delivery. I had a much better time here than I did at The Brick. I’ll see how the delivery goes
We had a wonderful experience with a rep named Andy at the east Regina location. He was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He knew exactly when to jump in and answer questions and when to give us space. We really appreciated the great service!
Much more relaxed experience here compared to other furniture stores. The sales lady was very nice and didn't pressure us at all, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the selection—we didn't find as many options that fit our style compared to other places. Good service, just needed more variety.
