I do not recommend. If nothing goes wrong I’m sure they are fine but as soon as you have to deal with customer service good luck! Ken told my husband he would call him back and then avoided his calls all day and left early.

This has been the most frustrating experience ever. We ordered a bed frame on March 8th. We were told delivery would happen on April 22nd. When I called to confirm they said it would be postponed. No problem. They showed up on May 1st to deliver but the bed frame was broken. They told us they would make a new order and send a new one. A few days go by and nobody has reached out so I call them. They have no idea what I am talking about. Finally somebody sees that the order was never filled. They rebook delivery for May 16th. Then they cancel the day before saying the finish isn’t ready. Reschedule delivery for May 28th. The day before I get a text message saying my order has been cancelled. I call them and they say my bed frame isn’t ready yet. They aren’t really sure when it will be ready. I have asked to cancel the entire order and get a refund but I was told that’s not allowed. I HAVE to take the bed frame. Was not allowed to talk to a manager or anyone higher up. Was given no time frame on if or when I will receive a call back. Will never order from this store again.
They were very accommodating. They worked with us because we are from out of town and made it work. 👍
A fantastic experience once again at Ashley Furniture. Linda was amazing as always, knowledgeable and friendly. She has been our sales person for over 8 years.
Had a very nice experience at Ashley today. Belle was really nice, accommodating, and explained to me everything clearly how and when l can expext to get the furniture that I wanted to purchase. She's a sweet lady snd I appreciate the way she entertained my querries, and I will surely come back for my future appliances/furniture needs.
Worst experience
It's was pleasant experience at store but there is no co ordination between store and backend team. They have send the msg for delivery schedule and then contact back saying that they have not received the payment. We already completed the payment process and got the confirmation invoice when we left the store. Also provided wrong info about delivery, I have clearly told that our driveway and front yard is not finished but said that delivery will be in your house and now backend team said it's not and will leave outside of house.
Purchase process went well. Kirsten, our sales person knew her stuff. We were given a delivery date. Great. Then things went really bad ...automated text messages and emails advising the delivery would be delayed by 4 days. Then another missed delivery date. More automated messages. Poor phone response ...actually none. The service center ( Dufresne?) dropped my call. No response from the store.. today approx 20 days after the purchase we still don't have answers!! A week has passed. the furniture has been delivered. Still nobody from Ashley has reached out, nor have we received a modest credit for our troubles as promised. the original response from "Rose" to this review has been replaced with a thank you for assigning a 5 star review. Note, I gave their service a one star rating
