First off I will say this, They tell you everything you want to hear in the store with no probability of issue with warranty or delivery and or service after sale! THIS HAS BEEN DETERMINED A LIE! Secondly the warranty department is nothing short of a P.O.S automated system that doesnt work at all!!!! Nothing is theor fault or issue, Everything was something you did or didn't do correctly! And last probably not least, now that I've had the furniture for 6 months the overpriced "suppose to retain firmness and shape" now creaks when you sit on it (wooden frame sectional) has tagged out on cushion material. I WISH I'D NEVER BOUGHT FROM THIS STORE, and if you do buy from here, remember I warned you!!! This place sells show home furniture, Good to look at but far from functional.
Excellent quality product with knowledgeable staff
Horrific Customer Service & Defective Products – Do Not Shop Here! I have never experienced such an unorganized, frustrating, and predatory customer service process in my life. We purchased chairs from Ashley, and every single one of them has issues—the legs do not fit properly, the overall quality is incredibly poor, and one arrived completely broken. Instead of fixing their mistake, they gave us the ultimate runaround. I spent over an hour on live chat being bounced around departments. The technician, Dwayne, was fine and had me take detailed videos of the damage, but the moment I was transferred back to the service agent, Simarjeet, it turned into a nightmare. Despite sending proof that the items are defective and broken, they refused a full refund. They are trying to force a 10% restocking fee (given only as store credit) plus a $79.99 pickup fee, or forcing us to keep broken furniture for a "repair." To make matters worse, the agent used high-pressure, aggressive tactics—slimming down our options to an ultimatum because our "48-hour window expires today," completely ignoring that the delay was caused by their unorganized system and team passing the buck. When I mentioned leaving a review, the agent became defensive and unprofessional. Selling defective items and then charging the customer fees to take back their broken product is unacceptable business. Save yourself the headache and shop anywhere else. Update: After couple of days of back and forth they finally took the chair back and gave us a full refund.
I always had a good experience with Ashley the associate Linda is always very helpful only one issue that they should improve your warranty policy. I had some difficulty with my previous purchases my safa sagged but they didn't change it.

Delivery guy wasn’t too happy about removing shoes for his safety. Not my issue; company should supply floor runners or some type of shoe covers. Our floors were just finished and after snow storm we didn’t want water and salt deposits.
