With the help of Audrey we purchased a display cabinet that we had found while searching Ashley products online. Audrey showed us the floor model and we were very happy with the size, appearance and quality of the cabinet. This was Audrey's first day on the sales floor and her first sale. She was courteous and personable and with the help of the manager she navigated us through all the necessary paperwork and provided us with details about the delivery.
Worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with in my life extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I tried to get a mattress and waited a month for it to be delivered. A day before it was supposed to be delivered i was informed that it hasn't even arrived yet so id have to wait another month or drive 4 hours each way to get it and was told that “it was impossible”
We dropped 2500 on a TV stand took them almost a week to deliver it. It went out in 48 hours. 3 days later we're still waiting for it to be fixed or repaired. Have yet to speak to an actual customer service representative only an automatic call center. Unresponsive unsupportive will never purchase anything from here again beware beware.

Usman and Maya were amazing! They were super friendly, funny, and knowledgeable, and helped us pick out our furniture. Had a great experience with them and will definitely be back!
Salesperson Kirsten was very helpful & knowledgeable. No pushy sales. Manager worked with us to make a deal on multiple items purchased. Delivery time for our furniture was acceptable. Crew delivering furniture was super polite & friendly. Only disappointment was when furniture arrived one piece had been damaged in the warehouse & not noticed. So far dealing with a claim has been relatively easy. Staff seems caring & easy to work with thus far.

I ordered my comfortable lovely clover green sectional. The woman that helped me was very kind and supportive. I told her that I was not tech savvy. She guided me through the process of getting my sectional. Highly recommended!! Can’t wait to get it in three weeks! Lori Glier
