Nick was very helpful when we were purchasing new pillows.
Worst customer service. I have contacted customer service multiple times about my sectional fabric failure, and sagging of the back cushions. Every time I have to call them multiple times asking about my progress of my claim, they give me a different reason every time why it is not cover. (I purchased extra coverage) I have sent pictures multiple times. They will not do anything with this.
